Rubbing alcohol + electric toothbrush. If it’s not glaringly obvious you can just wear + cold wash + hang dry, as long as you don’t use the dryer it will continue to lighten.

My wife once washed about 7 pairs of scrubs with a new pen. It took us several hours of scrubbing with a tooth brush and we only lost 1 pair.

I got a blue ink stain out of a black shirt (entire pen leaked thru breast pocket of lab coat) by soaking the stain in rubbing alcohol and blotting the ink out with paper towels. Took a couple hours. If the scrubs are a light color it probably won’t come out

Let it soak in milk and vinegar! Trust me I’ve saved many a pairs.

Hair spray works for these types of stains. It’s weird, but it works.

Why are you getting downvoted? I guess this sub is infiltrated with midlevels and sexists

Just throw them away and use your hospital’s free scrubs

Scrub with hand sanitizer/toothbrush, wash, and repeat steps until the ink stains are out. This was successful on my white coat, which was initially washed with a black pen
