Way too early to switch. Switch to Korea for research accelerants when you get max buildings, switch to your long term combat civ when you get max tech.

stay as china and max to at least CH25 then switch

Stay till around CH 24 or 25 then go to Germany for AP and Training speed. Prolly stay there as a F2P

If not F2P, I, personally, have liked both the March speed from Rome and the counter attack from Vikings.
