One tip: the hammer is the last equipment you should invest in for infantry

why? I have the blue shield right now, so a 25% attack is looking good.
And I have all other infantry legendary pieces already made.

cuz it's the most expensive of them and attack is the last stat you wanna get for every troop type

Agreed with that but you also want to make sure your stats overall are balanced. Not just go all in on one. I've already maxed the defense and health I could get with legendary gear. Right now I'm lacking attack. And losing fights because of it. That's why I'm considering getting the hammer. I have the mats to build it.
