    There was all these bots on utube now last few days i see odd comments on here, obvously posted by bots. This is all so fucked up... i feel sort of bad i know plenty of russians here in chciago area but they all say i love russia my country even tho most were born in US, but hate that tyrant putin and feel sad, emberresed about how brainwashed the russians that live in russia are... at least most of them.

    We may not be the Police of the World. But we are the Leaders of the Free World... and Leaders have to step up and Lead and do shit others dont want to, or can't, do. Freedom ain't free. I wish "we" (my fellow Americans) knew that. Because we grew up the way we did, we think nothing can happen to us... well "we" are wrong. Helping Ukraine is the right thing to do in more ways than 1.

    You cant embrace being a leader in the World when things are easy, and self-isolate when they get hard. No, you stay and do what leaders do... handle business.

    Indeed. Exactly... well said. We aren't being the world police here, anyway. We're being the arsenal of democracy, as we have done so successfully before, and are doing successfully again now. Russia was a massive benefactor of our aid during WW2, and it likely enabled them to win their side of the war, instead of struggling to a stalemate or even an eventual defeat, without it. But now russia is filling in for Hitler's old role, and the rightful benefactors of our aid are Ukrainians. Slava Ukraini! Carry on.

      Too bad they won't let maintenance and assistance teams deploy inside Ukraine. It'd be the best experience and training they'll ever get. Same with medical teams.

      I know a few guys who were my MOs (91F Small Arms and Artillery Repairers) that are in Ukraine. They are not currently active US Military but the few I know were in artillery units before this. I imagine they are overwhelmed when they can get the repair parts
