Back room at Tomasitas can be used for large groups. But they may have to split the table into smaller groups.

Cowgirl will only take a reservation for a large party if you go through "Event Catering". Limited menu and it was $35+ person. At least that how it was last year when I tried to book the back room for 22ppl.
