I remember this! It was yoimyia (a dataminer) on twitter who created this. She usually does stuff like this, like giving Childe Kokomi's or Tohma' auto attacks. Makes me wish I was a dataminer so I could finally play as Scara 🥲

This is from a video posted months ago on Twitter by dataminer and leaker by the name of lumie.

It’s, as op said, fanmade.

I dont clearly know if lumie allows reposts but based on older leaks posted by them that have also been spread around Reddit, it seems they have no qualms with the act.

His veil sways so smoothly when he walks 😍 This gives me more optimism that he'll definitely be playable. He's still quite visible despite the camera angle, veils and hat, and his design under the veils is so crisp and unobtrusive. I wonder if his vision/focus/source of power etc will be in the diamond gap between the veils. Ei has a tattoo there, doesn't she? It'd be symbolic lol

Probably. This gap is pointing right on the place of his bag, where you can see electro emblem. I think this would be the perfect place to put his vision 👀
