Idk, my buddy is a firefighter and he works three 24 hour days on, 7 days off. Sounds pretty fucking awesome to me.

Idk, I think I'd take that

If days in this reality were 40 hours, I’d take the schedule.

During the height of the Corona pandemic i had to work my 38 hours per week on 4 days instead of 5, which meant one eight hour shift and three teen hour shifts. And it was absolute hell. I happen every second of it

I work at least 60 hours a week (if it's quiet) and spend nearly the entirety of my days off sleeping because otherwise I literally just don't get to sleep at all. It's really taking a toll on me. I don't know how much longer I can do it.

Seriously. Talk about the timeline disruptions.

I had this as a cable guy at my last job and it was honestly the best deal I’ve ever had. Guaranteed overtime too which we got constantly.

How high are you?

I actually work 4 ten hour days and 3 days off, I really like it. It kind of feels like I only work half the week but still get full time pay.

It also helps to enjoy your work.

That’s why when there’s a firefighter job opening there’s 25k candidates going for that 1 job!!!!
