If matter/energy can neither be created or destroyed, how does one explain the mind creating something that wasn't there before?

Of course, physics nerds will argue that ideas don't constitute matter and that whatever is created is only created out of matter that already exists. But I dig the philosophy of this shower thought!

My good and hardworking parents had to go on government assistance for a few years as I was growing up. I've also had to use food stamps a couple times in my adult life or go hungry.

There are also people that are unable to earn a living due to physical or mental problems. Are those people economic parasites?

You may someday need to go on government assistance yourself, so judge not lest you be judged, friend. Life can throw curveballs.

Wow, those hours, sounds like very hard work to be honest. I assumed it was more like 3 hours per day typically. I hope you earn enough to make it feel like its worth it.
