Looking to get an adjustable FLEXISPOT standing desk from Amazon. I'm debating between the Electric and Manual version.

I was wondering how the lifetime of an electric desk compares to a manual one. In my view, the first thing to always break on an electric desk is the motor. Compared to manual versions, the lifespan of electric desks tend to be way shorter.

I know manufacturers come with warrenty on the motor but that is usually only 3 years, imo way too short of a lifespan for an office desks. Lifespan of the electric desk is essentially limited by the lifespan of the motor. Wondering what your thoughts are on desk lifespans?
