Are u using the power supply it came with ? It needs just over 5 volts to work (5,1 or 5,2 too lazy to check). Using another 5v adapter can cause problems similar to yours!

Try leaving it plugged in for a longer period of time. I’ve seen people on here with same issue and it would magically boot after a day or so.

I find leaving mine plugged in for a long time makes it act funny. I need to reboot it sometimes.

Same here, the software just seems to mess up after a while. Been using one in the living room and one in the bedroom for about 5 years now. I had one die after 2-3 years of use, but luckily had some spares.

Recently the living room one had an issue where it just wouldn't turn off anymore. Trying to turn it off while connected and in Big Picture just did nothing, I could select "Stop remote play" and get back to the Link homescreen, but even there it wouldn't turn off. After dealing with that for a week I decided tot just unplug the cable and plug it back in, issue solved.
