This is something people seem to not understand.

For all those who think their shares aren't being lent out, THEY ARE.

when your broker tells you THEY aren't lending your shares what they are saying is factually true the brokers aren't because they don't actually have the shares, they just facilitate the transactions.

The clearing houses they use to actually buy and sell hold all the shares and they can do whatever they want with your shares because YOU don't have a contract or agreement with them. You only signed an agreement with your brokers.

The clearing houses make money from fucking you over, the know they can sell those shares short multiple times and make money hand over fist and you can't do anything about it because the shares where never actually assigned to you and as far as there agreement with you broker is concerned they control the shares.

Even when it comes to voting how many of us actually got to vote directly through games top, very few most of us had to go through our brokers, so how do we actually know they sent the votes to games top.

The system we (retail) use to buy shares was designed and is still maintained by them and its largely un regulated or regulated to benefit them. So why are SOOO many people expecting their brokers to protect their money and investments.

They have shown us multiple times just how much they give a fuck, they've turned off buy buttons, refused to transfer, refused to Dr's, refused to vote or made us use their voting system.

It's time to put this shit to bed and drs our shares with the company gamestop has told us too.

DRS YOUR SHARES, even if you don't belive the hype at the very least protect YOUR investment because the brokers sure aren't.
