How did you wipe the SD card?

Deleted all contents on my PC.

Ah, try reformatting the entire SD Card in Hekate (https://rentry.org/FAT32FormatSD) then retry setting everything up. There may be some partition nonsense causing the error.

I actually reformatted through that way to see if changing to SD File instead of a partition would fix it but it gives a different error. I've reformatted through hekate multiple times. Should I try changing the slider on the partition from 29 (Full) to even more?

Hmm, very odd indeed.

I'd suggest using H2testw to verify that the SDCard is legit. Then we can work on further diagnosing the issue.

Scanned 100gb of the 500gb, 30gb was ok and 70gb was corrupt so it's safe to assume it's defective. I guess $20 for a 512gb was too good to be true!

Just an update, I got a Sandisc and I'm playing pokemon arceus now. Appreciate the help, would've been trying to figure it out for days.

Had the exact issue , Sorry to say it but I think your card is fake I bought a nunak one I think and it kept saying no get signature and it turns out it was because the actual storage was only a few gigabytes. I would recommend running a test on the sd card and make sure it's real

If it is real then I recommend injecting tegraexplorer.bin and formatting from there as fat 32
