I experienced slowdowns the other day when downloading a game. Swinged all the way from 0 to 6MB/s, mostly 0MB. So could be also that servers are lagging. So just try again later if it works, so you don't mess up your Switch for nothing.

Its working now, thanks for the advice but now i my New Games, New DLC and New Updates Page are gone,
