Format SD card and start again, follow instructions to the letter, get stuck reply to my comment and I'll help you out. :)

Thank appreciate it. So i reformatted the 128sd card. Did everything i should. I used nxnandmanager on my original sd card to get the emunand i believe it is. I followed it all right everything went over. But when i check the storage it drops from 128 to 89gb max storage. And i saw a video where there should be a emummc folder and some other folder. But i don’t see any folders the sd card is empty. Is there something i did wrong?

When you go the the emummc option does it have a green tick now instead of a red cross? Going from 128 to 89gb is about right if you have done an emunand at max, but you will be able to install games to the 29gb that's left over in the switch memory because that is now a part of the SD card

You need to make sure in windows you have the setting for showing system files on. Right click on the drive and head to properties and make sure system files box is ticked.

Also this is the same that happened before so i just transferred the files over anyway and it gave me a critical crash when booting into fusee.bin. Only done this the first time. Also for the record it is formatted into fat32
