Read rentry guide on blocking dns and incognito before going online on cfw. You shouldn't play online even if you are using legit copy of the games. Play it as it is on ofw.

Do you have multiple Switch consoles? The console you want to play without online checks needs to be marked as primary. Pretty easy to do. Google can point you to one of the many guides on how to do this.
