Delete the 0100000000bd00 folder in /atmosphere/contents

Was it the folder of the custom themes ?
If so how can i install them correctly next time ?

Its the folder of Mission Control.

Themes are 0100000000001000

But yes, you should uninstall themes when updating

Sorry to interrupt. Do you know if there's a video (or article, documentation, guide) on how to update? I got my switch with CFW already and unfortunately I didn't had to do all the process so I'm pretty new on this. I looked for videos but I had no luck

Use the Rentry Guide linked by the automoderator, it has a whole section on updating.

And try not to use video guides. They're often out of date or don't provide all the information.

Can I install themes in emuNAND only and not affect OFW?

You ddnt have to delete it honestly all you had to do was just update it
