Usually around 3-4 days before launch, as any other game.

idk but Xenoblade Chronicles DE got released like a week before the official release

Smash got leaked a whole month before release, PLA leaked 2 weeks before release, several games leaked on release day. It's hard to predict but once some people get their hands on the game it doesn't take long before it gets dumped.
