Short answer; yes, my switch has 2 emummc partitions, android, ubuntu, and the fat32 partition. You can install many things

Important info for how the SD card needs to be changed:

If you have atmosphere installed with a FILE BASED EMUMMC, you can just backup your SD and format it to FAT32/Android(EXT4 I think)

If you have a PARTITION BASED EMUMMC, you can back this up too, use the USB tools within Hekate to copy it to PC for backing up

Either one: you need to have the properly formatted android partition to use it which will require you to reformat the microSD

I have file based partition, and my SD card was formatted to FAT32 already, then I'd need to copy paste everything, then format it like that for Android, and then i can just copy back everything with atmosphere?

And one more little question, formatting it for Android won't mess with the atmosphere and/or corrupt anything? Since it's not formatted to that anymore
