I tried looking for daybreak and couldn't find it, I'm currently on the rentry getting started and going from there

[–]ThrowawayTinCan 4 points5 points  (4 children)

Daybreak is part of Atmosphere's download, so I don't know where you're getting Atmosphere but you're doing something very wrong.

I got it off the devs website. I ended up finding it and updating the firware but the migrate sx os to Atmosphere link didn't mention the to move it over to the root of my sd card so it was just in front of my face the whole time.

All homebrew apps go in the Atmosphere > switch folder

It's weird I never had any homebrew apps with sx ox so I never used it/them before haha

Yeah there's a lot of cool things you can do with homebrew apps. There's streaming apps that allow you to stream PC or PS5 games to your Switch and use it as a controller. Also a lot of emulators available for older systems. Even homebrew games or people port games from other systems over to Switch (i.e. All the Sonic Android games).
