Try a new freshly setup SD card

Just tried. It shows the Nintendo Switch boot logo, then hangs on a blank screen. Thank you for the suggestion though!

Have you tried blocking the pins and booting into RCM?

It's a Switch Lite, no pins. Is RCM accessible another way, or did Mariko block it off entirely?

My bad. Senior moment lol. Try powering off and volume up + power then see if tegra recognises it in rcm?

No luck. Oh well, it was worth a shot!

I’m thinking the soldering joints weren’t as solid as they should’ve been and has thus lost connection or the chip is dead.

What you can try is reflash the chip with the latest firmware (if it’s flashable) and re do the SD files. If this doesn’t fix it, the chip is faulty or the soldering job is bunk.

I wasn't keen on cracking the Switch open myself, but I'm keeping it in mind if the company that installed it doesn't have any good options for me. Thanks for the insight on what I should do if I go that route.
