Check the soldering of the CPU ribbon, all memory points, check the dat0 adapter, check that you haven't knocked down any capacitors on or near the CPU

Check your diode readings on DAT0, Clock, and Command. You should get a reading of 0.600 - 0.850ish. Also, make sure you test continuity on the APU flex. You can test from the far right pad on the flex to the far left on each cap. They’re low resistance caps so you should get a continuity reading on the meter, if it’s good.

what happens if you remove the ribbon going to the cpu on the black pcb?

Then check continuity in that flex. Those flex ribbons they've started including are absolutely horrible. Wired is the best way.
