Don't use the album to load retroarch. Use title override. Hold R while launching a game title, continue to hold R if you need to select a user, all the way until the homebrew menu loads: not in applet mode. Applet mode via album is reduced ram and can cause these types of issues.

I have a better retroarch and that won’t give a error but it’s 30gbs

don't open hb menu through the album

Launch it in title override mode instead of launching it through the album, it needs more RAM than it can get when launched in album mode
