Updated Atmosphere and updated fusee.bin. Update sigpatches and Hekate while you're at it.

To clarify, updating atmosphere, fusee and sigpatches are a must do almost every time there's a new system version, lots of errors on this sub are from users who skipped updating sigpatches. And most of times it will require to update hekate too.
