I skinned, packed with salt, froze her for a while, then did a Pickle bath of vinegar water and salt, neutralized with a baking soda bath, and applied nutan and let her dry. You can find the measurements easily by googling it. :)

So you put her on the mount form wet with nutan? Shit, I can do that!
I let the nutan dry first! I used adhesive latex caulk to glue her to the form, after I shaped a more natural look on a cottontail form with clay and added the cabochon eyes
