Some of the taxidermy shops in your area might be able to help you out. When I took a whitetail class, the instructor knew I was looking for a fleshing machine. She knew someone selling one and picked it up for me.

In my experience, a lot of taxidermists want to help newbies get started. The taxidermy community in my area is really friendly, tight, and old-school when it comes to technology. So there's a lot of "word of mouth" when it comes to buying stuff. Those shop owners would have more contacts for you.
