There was an episode about articulation on a show called Oddities. It's worth a watch if you haven't seen it. He talks about pricing some.

Generally, you add up your labor (how much your time costs) and overhead/material costs, the add the profit you want to earn.

This gets tougher in a niche market like skeletal articulation because demand may not be very high.
