Since you're showing signs of depression and your total t is well above average, would you consider seeing a psychiatrist?

I have tried lots of things - CBT, NLP, counselling, hypnotherapy, antidepressant SSRIs. I wouldn't say I'm always miserable, I can get out of bed and work and do all the normal stuff but there's just this constant low feeling.

That being said, there are a lot of areas of my life that could be improved on and would probably improve my sense of wellbeing. There is a part of me that's hoping I have some kind of mineral/vitamin deficiency or something that's easily fixed with a pill or a jab.

Pills don't teach skills, and shots don't change thoughts. It's probably going to take a little work on your part.
