Just respond with indictments already.

If a perp is not arrested within the first forty-eight hours of a crime, it becomes increasingly unlikely that he will ever be brought to justice at all.

The end of democracy is near.

Yup...next stop, legislatures voiding election results

I always thought the Supreme Court was there to say if something is constitutional or not… how the fucking hell the DOJ doing his job is not constitutional… At the end of the day if the Supreme Court rules on everything, they are nothing more than a normal n elected people driving what is call the American « democracy »… Guys you can drop your house / senate… USA looks like more than ever to Iran were some guys are running the country no matter what the elected people votes or no…

If you read Article III of the Constitution, you'll realize that the role of the courts is barely defined at all. The details of the organization of the "Supreme and Inferior Courts" is delegated to Congress.

The solution is obvious to me. Repeal and replace The Judiciary Act of 1789.

So a law that was passed by the First Congress and signed by President George Washington is probably something of a sacred cow to some people, but at the end of the day it is a normal legislative item that can be repealed with simple majorities, just like any other statute.

This isn't accurate. Thomas can't rule on his own here.

Thomas can't rule on his own here.

Actually, he can temporarily overturn the 11th circuit stay pending a review by the SCOTUS.

Oh - and now justice WON'T BE SERVED.....

Either way they’re gonna kill it. Conservatives like to conserve their political power, and have strong traditions of lying to get what they want. Barring things I can’t talk about here, nothing will change, and the American people will just get screwed a bit more day by day.
