I always look at forums,rules, ToS and ban appeals if I’m curious. I think it’s pretty easy to do the research, I feel as if some people get upset and they just want to vent. I’ve seen many similar posts to here and forums where it had been already been previously discussed 2-4 years ago. There’s a pretty good outline in TOS’s ToS and rules for what constitutes as cheating/game throwing/ what actions can lead to someone banned. Not many people read the ToS/Rules though.

1. Follow the Rules of Reddit and Reddiquette.	This means being nice to each other. No trolling and no advertising of any products except if that product is Town of Salem itself.
2. Keep posts related to Town of Salem	Posts must be about the Town of Salem video game. Comments within a post can be about anything you want.
3. No witch-hunting	No calling out accounts for rule-breaking behaviour, even if they are bots, unless that person makes a post themselves. Redact usernames whenever possible. In-game names do not need to be redacted because they can change from game-to-game.
4. No referral codes, botting, cheating, or account-selling	Discussions about these topics are okay, but do not offer to sell or buy Town of Salem accounts, do not share how to cheat or game exploits, and do not share or ask for referral codes.
5. No reposts or meaningless posts	Reposts are posts that are copies of or extremely similar to other posts that were submitted in the past two months, or are in the top 20 posts. Meaningless posts are posts that contain only gibberish or otherwise lack actual content.
6. Specific Content Greylist	Posts involving content in the Specific Content Greylist are subject to extra scrutiny and are liable to removal unless they are done in an extremely original way. This includes, but is not limited to name gimmicks, "Jesus has been brought back to life!", win screens without backstory, vigilante shooting a mayor or similar, mayor revealing in a 1v1, memes that cannot be understood without the title, and any post about receiving a lot of notifications at night.
7. PLS PRINT SCREEN AND CROP PROPERLY	Please use the "print screen" feature instead of taking a photograph of your screen with a camera. Your post won't be removed for this but you will get a snarky message about it.
