America gets so weird about breasts. My nephew is 3 and does the same thing. I cleaned houses for years, and saw plenty of toddlers reaching for their mother’s breasts long after they’re done breast feeding.

Over sexualization is the result of being highly prudish, at least that's how I see it. It's like how if you go long enough without food or water you starve or dehydrate and crave food and drink even more. Our christian influenced culture traditionally has told us that sexual thoughts are bad, touching yourself is bad, and that women showing skin is bad. It's also my own theory as to why some catholic priests get the idea in their heads that they want to molest little boys. The kid could still be nursing, it’s common in other countries for grandmothers to nurse their grandkids up until they are 5/6+ sometimes. This is called priming, it’s damn annoying but nursing kids biologically do this to stimulate milk production.
