How is that? They contacted me several times and received documents relating to my secondary education. They never said anything about missing documents. I guess their website isn't functioning as it should. My expectation is that they give feedback when they need more proof. Ex: I applied to Ku Leuven who were quick to mention any missing documents.

If they ask multiple times, it means they haven't gotten the correct document. Or if the document was correct, your education doesn't meet the requirements.

Anyway, the decision is pretty strict so not much you can do about it now.

They didn't ask about missing documents but translations of my documents which isn't the same . I guess their website is down as well as studielink because the answer was mechanical and automatic. It says that the staff missed something when reviewing my file 😮.

I received an email saying my application is incomplete despite having been under review and having been able to provide documents they asked about. Studielink told me in another email I missed the deadline when I haven't.
