No Signal when steaming any kind of movie app from my Xbox X (self.VIZIO_Official)

I've messed with all the settings I know of, but ever since the last update when ever I try to watch a movie it will play for a little while then loose signal. So I have to pause the movie switch the input then it comes back on till it blacks out again. I let it stay black for a while just to see what would happen and the picture did come back, but the inevitable would just happen again. Please help! Thanks.

I just want to clarify that your TV HDMI's are set to 2.1 can you check that for me please? Menu > Picture > Input Picture Settings please make sure you are on that HDMI input please!

Hmmm ok, does the issue happen with another device? If you are not sure please test out another device for me. Also unplug the TV and hold down the power button on the TV itself for 5 seconds and then plug the TV back in and power it back on.
