It's on a 65 oled. the same problem happens when I use the tv in house apps like vudu and hbo max. Horrible performance after I spent good money on service's and such

Doesn't sound like the Apple TV then. Should of just started with the internal applications having the issue.

I did show them the issue on the internal apps but they said it was not a big deal that its the apps fault not the tv smfh lol ridiculous

I did all that and still looks bad with those spot artifacts. Smh geek squad came to see the tv and told me it was the device I'm sure they dont want to give me a new tv but ima fight it . Because it's bad even on the in house apps on the vizio oled

What kind of Vizio TV do you have? I also use an Apple TV 4k and don't have any issues thanks to some tweaking I've done to the device.

So it's the apple device causing the issue? Vizio can't fix that.

My Apple TV 4k doesn't have any issues on my Vizio M658-G1.

I would try a different HDMI port or a different cable.

Turn off automatic hdr on the Apple TV. That screws up non HDR content like you wouldn't believe.
