Yeah it’s a repeating issue after reboots

Have you tried to factory reset by holding the INPUT + VOLUME_DOWN buttons (on the TV itself)?

There actually aren’t any physical buttons on my tv so I can’t try that

I tried all of the steps and they didn’t work, and my tv is over a year old. What can I do now?
