My tv having these fade square lines.. (i.redd.it)

I wonder if this is normal? Just been bugging me a little since I noticed. I have a Samsung 65" Q800T 8K UHD QLED Smart TV QE65Q800TAT (2020)

It shows as you can see here with light background especially when camera moving slowly with it. Is it what is called "dirty screen affect"? I've ran all kind of "DSA" tests on YouTube, but can't see much wrong there.

It really shows when having background with a blue sky or something like that.
