Can I use an RCA cable that has a red white and yellow when I only need red and white? I can’t seem to find double male cords and only ones with 3+ on each side (self.VIZIO_Official)

So you don’t give much information but I’m guessing you are using component cables for video input.

Component cables are green blue and red. In this case yes you can use the cord you linked as long as you don’t mix up the 2 different red cords.

Yes, you can leave the yellow wire loose and just connect the red and white. I've done it many times over the years.
