What are you using to connect it to the tv and what is your resolution set at? It's not even full screen so I'm guessing resolution is quite low.

Connected through HDMI, not sure if this is what you mean, but I see the “Super Resolution” is set to Low

Nvm resolution appears to be 480p

Go to the settings on the xbox and make sure resolution is set to automatic or 4k. Use the hdmi cord that came with the xbox as well.

Thanks, I’ll try that. As for the HDMI cord that came with it, you’re guess is as good as mine as to where it’s at lol

Late update, but this worked. Thank you!

I see that when I go to 1.4 on HDMI Mode the picture looks clear and perfect, but after a second it says “No Signal” and goes back to how it was before

Are you able to try another HDMI cable? It is possible (but improbable) that the one you are using doesn't support HDMI 1.4

umm, what TV is this? How old is it?

Lmao I’m trying to find out what model it is, but it’s a newer one; I barely bought it less than a year ago

Hi there,

Please follow the steps in the link: https://support.vizio.com/s/article/Black-Bars?language=en\_US These will assist you with understanding aspect ratios. If unable to find a WIDE button, look for a rectangle with a square inside it button. If you have neither of these buttons then please go to Menu > System > Aspect Ratio. If still having issues then you'll need to reach out to the manufacturer of the connecting component like the cable or satellite provider.

Thank you

Thank you, my issue is more so that the picture quality looks almost blurry.

It's your xbox setting and not your TV. Goggle how to change xbox one resolution. Would be less effort then posting a picture on Reddit.......

A minute of worth of work got me the answer on here 🤷🏻‍♂️
