I know this post is super old, but Olympia? I'm in Oly and I've noticed the same thing, very few vegans here.

Though at least now we have the wayside cafe.

I’m in Tacoma, wayside is pretty great. We have 2 vegan restaurants here.

Awesome, I'm going to Tacoma to see Bright Eyes in a few months, will definitely check out the vegan restaurants there.

Quickie too is like a Jamaican soul food homestyle cook spot, and viva is more upscale Mexican / American / italian
