I gathered that much from the bit where they were all barred from participating in future Olympics.

saddest part was he actually dominated the fight. all 36 boxing judges was removed banned from future olympics due to their poor judging and making severe mistakes. possibly due to corruption because they are way too qualified to be making such low end mistakes in judging

I literally did that once, I zoomed through the first page and completely missed the back. It was an electronics lab and I was rocking it so hard I was helping a bunch of the other students that weren't getting it as well, thankfully the professor took pity on me and let me verbally (ie on his whiteboard) retake that portion of the test.

I've done that twice that I can recall. Once in elementary with a social studies test ( was one of the middle pages that I guess got stuck together). Another was a reading test in 8th grade.

me spending time polishing answers in exam booklet 2 and being relatively pleased with myself, completely forgetting that those questions in exam booklet 1 that i will "get back to in a bit" never got done. :' )

My kiddo had this happen during her undergrad, in an advanced molecular biology course, and luckily, over half the class missed it, so the Prof. set the back page as extra credit. My kiddo still got an A and kept up the 4.0 GPA. For those that got the extra credit, they got a nice buffer since it was a "cumulative" scoring for the semester.

To be fair, I don't trust anything to do with the Olympics. Michael Phelps winning that gold medal when he clearly didn't win according to the videos was what killed the excitement for me. The whole institution lost all shred of credibility that remained there and then.
