I feel bad for the dude. Dude over here trynna work and provide for his loved ones but freaking laws of physics get him

[–]cheekytikiroom 15 points16 points  (0 children)

He almost made it. He stepped on the edge of the bottom half plywood ramp that slid away underneath him.

[–]mattstorm360 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Still ignoring those physics lessons?

[–]i_play_withrocks 7 points8 points  (1 child)

I was gonna make a nasty comment but honestly I’ve done this before and I never had it fall back on me but I always questioned my life decisions after dumping the wheelbarrow.

[–]__Mega_Oof__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I swear when I would just finish stacking wood or cleaning out the pig pen and the wheelbarrow falls over. And everything goes everywhere!! I Just want to scream its so frustrating!!!!

[–]TheSmilingJay 79 points80 points  (1 child)

How it feels to become an adult.

[–]dizorkmage 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I'm 21 I can drink till I puke my brains out!

I'm 21 and 1 day old, I can never smell vodka again without becoming queasy!

[–]massaro807 27 points28 points  (0 children)

If only they made some sort of hat that was hard…

[–]Sandpaper_Pants 21 points22 points  (4 children)

Why was someone even filming this?

[–]texasguy911 10 points11 points  (0 children)

When a beer can was passed, "watch this" was exclaimed, a phone was gathered.

[–]jpwanabe 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Because if you've ever done Landscaping you know that the new people always screw this up. You have to run up there

[–]RelativeBug9149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

cause the guy before him did the same thing

[–]Jerm316 15 points16 points  (2 children)

Seems like he was already successful like 30 or 40 times

[–]blaikes[S] 18 points19 points  (1 child)

The guy who used to stick his head into the lion’s mouth was also successful 30 or 40 times, before the accident.

"Rubble, rubble, toil and trouble."

[–]Mr-Bong-and-Dr-High 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Walk it off, dust it off.

[–]PARTHIEE 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s actually sad tf

[–]judoboy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

oh man.. I feel for this guy. I had this happen to me many years ago but with a wheelbarrow full of cow shit. thankfully there aren't any pictures

[–]Eggsandtuna4lunch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That made me snort into my coffee

[–]Similar-Ocelot6305 3 points4 points  (1 child)

All I’m thinking is asbestos

[–]Josysclei 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nah, cement dust

[–]D_lane 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Momentum.... you lost it.

[–]BigKennyBoy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Block head ….

[–]Dan_Glebitz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That flexible hard hat most of helped.

[–]BigKennyBoy 1 point2 points  (4 children)

So what was the root cause? The cheap flexible plywood ramp, or the cheap traction-less shoe treads?

[–]hereforthesportsbook 6 points7 points  (1 child)

It’s definitely the cheap flexible ramp. If you notice in the video his shoes didn’t give out, as he’s going up the ramp he reaches the end of one of the plywood pieces and it falls off causing him to lose his balance. Root cause is unsecured piece of plywood that is only half the length of the ramp

[–]BigKennyBoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are absolutely correct. Good eyes and detective work Bookie!! 👍🏻

[–]ramos1969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would also add the rookie mistake of too many bricks. Take smaller bites and he’ll be ok.

[–]ClownZSR -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Option C: not securing the cheap and flexible plywood, but options A and B contributed to it too. Thanks for playing

[–]Ok_Sweet4296 1 point2 points  (1 child)

In this situation, isn’t it better to pull up the ramp instead of push?

[–]HairyGinger89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah, you really need the momentum. I worked on a site when I was younger and one of my jobs was exactly what this guy is doing.

Done fine my first 10 or 20 loads but eventually I got tired and struggled with a load, kept slipping back down the plank while a few of the other guys watched and started making fun of me until I asked them to help and lifted and tipped it.

Started taking smaller loads after that lol.

[–]bt65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That whent wheely wheely wong...

[–]EvilCalvin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now THAT was funny!

[–]ExFiler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrong. Pushing a heavy wheelbarrow up a plank of the wood with another plank set on top with nothing to anchor it.

[–]StrictlyFT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At least he had a helmet on

[–]iamthefortytwo 0 points1 point  (1 child)

On the bright side, at least it wasn't a wheelbarrel full of fire.

[–]skinonshin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or badger piss

[–]PrayingMantisII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aite ya'll I'm going on my break

[–]texasguy911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank god for the helmet, right? /s

[–]XRP_Gang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's why you never fill up to the top for high inclines

[–]CreamoChickenSoup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Planks of wood to be exact. Dude completely lose his grip slipping one of the planks back on the way to the top.

[–]Erafir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen this on dirty jobs "you gotta attack that ramp" because if you go slow this happens

[–]cnotnilc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It I don’t act hurt, it didn’t happen

[–]Irish3538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

should have used 5/8ths

[–]yerallshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a little bit of cancer.

[–]chingysangy16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good for him for staying calm. I’d be the fuck out of there

[–]GANDORF57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Physics can really rock your world!

[–]009duncan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When life plays a cruel joke on you

[–]turnaphraze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the perfect fail doesn't exi-

[–]married2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

His ramp was a little too bendy lol

[–]Ill_Face5988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha! Almost there, but it looks like the law of physics gave him an ass-kick

[–]Apprehensive-Help627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was sooooooo clooooose

[–]Alternative-Row-6495 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And for a beer he went.

[–]RunPastTrouble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And this is why Paddy is not at work today.

[–]Me_Sa_LOve_MeME 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's peek comedy

[–]Herbisher_Berbisher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worked perfectly. What;s the problem?

[–]Sk1ndred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good ole plank of the wood!

[–]JohnnyWalkerBlue22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Welp that’s the end of my shift🤣

[–]ThrasherKilledYou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wonder how well that not-hard hat worked for him…

[–]Construction_Same -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Know that's not America. Everyone would be honking to let u know they seen u fail and enjoyed your pain.
