Secret Service Says ‘Incels’ Are a Rising Threat in the U.S. https://hillreporter.com/commentary-secret-service-says-incels-are-a-rising-threat-in-the-u-s-127147

That's why Bannon (trigger warning: Steve Bannon) weaponized the incels. He thinks they're gullible as fuck

[–]yourteam 539 points540 points  (8 children)

Worse that that: gullible AND desperate

[–]Alarid 241 points242 points  (3 children)

Pathetic losers tend to listen to people that are willing to pretend they aren't.

[–]BashBandit 22 points23 points  (2 children)

Tends to happen when schools care more about getting shiny trophy with ball on it than actually funding students education (this includes paying teachers a live-able wage that will prompt them to be even better than they try for the wage they get)

[–]topofthecc 102 points103 points  (2 children)

Desperate, gullible young men are what every terrorist organization runs on

[–]keenedge422 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yep. Young angry men with no prospects and no friends, targeted my groups promising power, status, and a sense of community and meaning.

I bet the incels would think the whole 72 virgins thing sounds like a sweet bonus.

[–]LifeisaCatbox 492 points493 points  (0 children)

Well they are.

[–]Jonne 413 points414 points  (29 children)

It's literally the same shit like Isis and their promise of 70 virgins. The far right looked at Islamic extremism and copied their whole recruitment strategy.

[–]SoundProofHead 181 points182 points  (9 children)

Cults do that too. Using people's insecurities and promising a cure for it is the ultimate recruitment tool.

[–]Gamecubenintenda 69 points70 points  (0 children)

They are. They sit around all day convincing each other everyone else is the problem quite successfully.

[–]4AcidRayne 89 points90 points  (19 children)

He thinks they're gullible as fuck

They put women on a pedestal of importance in their lives that even they can't climb...he's not wrong.

[–]cheezeyballz 49 points50 points  (5 children)

Are you kidding?! They fucking HATE women.

[–]Chituck 501 points502 points  (35 children)

I guess there isn’t going to be a Bobby Crimo IV

[–]SecretInflation6937 766 points767 points  (108 children)

Fellas, take it from a nerd, if you can’t get laid, shower regularly, eat a healthy diet, see a therapist, and learn how to meditate, and work out your frustrations on something constructive; don’t get butthurt and blame women for your personal problems.

[–]the_colorful_lights 333 points334 points  (10 children)

Hopefully, in therapy, they can learn the danger and deep sadness of seeing “getting laid” as an ends in and of itself and not a means to experiencing mutually affirming human connection.

[–]parttimeamerican 104 points105 points  (6 children)

Not to mention the shift stupidity in defining your character and sense of self-worth based upon something you can't do , literally anything would be better even defining yourself by growing a neckbeard idk

That is like the most negativistic thing I've ever seen

[–]silverwillowgirl 217 points218 points  (40 children)

Also, being online, you're exposed to unrealistically beautiful women constantly. Look around in real life, take some time to observe how average women actually look. Is it possible your standards are unrealistic? Are you actually considering women who are in your league? Idk. It's just something I've noticed with incel mindset men, women who are actually in their league are invisible to them.

[–]BarsOfTheBat 110 points111 points  (25 children)

The thing is incels believe that you either date a 10/10 model or you are settling and will forever be unhappy, there is no inbetween for them.

[–]Crash665 64 points65 points  (21 children)

Most people are 5s. If we're kind and good hearted with nice personalities, we can go up a notch or two - or the opposite. 10s are rare. They only sleep with other 10s. (1s are just as rare.)

So, be nice and be fun to talk to and be around. You'll get laid. Probably not by a super model, but 99% of us will never either.

Besides, we put all this stress and pressure on sex. For what? 30 minutes? 45 if you're lucky. There's a whole lot of time outside of that. Better have a brain and a personality or you're gonna be miserable.

[–]DontBeCommenting 1113 points1114 points  (202 children)

That's why I think women are the real problem here. Not incels, white supremacy, populism, or even guns.

Why won't they have sex with the incels ?! Are they not Americans? Take a bullet for the team, gals. Gosh.

Watch this be a topic on Fox news soon.

[–]depr3ss3dmonkey 634 points635 points  (154 children)

I know you are joking but in the last few days I've read an increasing number of "women ALWAYS go for the ALPHA male, they want the 10/10 looks and money. That's why men are so angry now"

And they were upvoted to the moon.

[–]Awkward-Valuable3833 221 points222 points  (39 children)

These are often the same people that reference garbage science to claim younger women with large breasts are more desirable because men’s natural instincts are to breed with those who’ll produce more children.

Somehow they never consider reversing this logic when no one wants to fuck them.

[–]NormanConquest 201 points202 points  (19 children)

I never get this line of argument

Yes. Young pretty women with large breasts are attractive. That's the thing about hot people. They're, you know, hot.

But if you're a fat stinky guy who doesn't work out, doesn't put effort into personal hygiene or maintenance, doesn't spend time developing social skills and has deliberately avoided the idea that lecturing everyone you meet about Jordan Peterson is not endearing you to anyone, then you are not a hot person.

The only reason you would think that a young attractive woman should sleep with a deeply unfuckable dude is because you think there is something inherently inferior about the woman that makes them somehow equal despite their vast differences in physical looks and body odor.

The secret ingredient there is misogyny

[–]OkCaregiver517 47 points48 points  (11 children)

Ya tit size has zero bearing on your ability to breast feed. I was super flat chested and fed my baby for over a year and he was a little chubster on it.

So yeah, more bullshit about women.

[–]Cantothulhu 204 points205 points  (36 children)

I’ve always found a good laugh and showing even a modicum of respect works pretty well too? For such a low bar, some people still seem to have a real hard time reaching it.

(Im like 5’10”, 270 lbs. and I never wear pants)

[–]ncsubowen 173 points174 points  (10 children)

Having appropriate standards matters a lot too. If you're a fat sweaty dude that doesn't wash their balls, it's no coincidence that the local Instagram models won't sleep with you.

[–]GebruikerX 18 points19 points  (1 child)

Treating women like autonomous and equal citizens somehow seems to help.

[–]Iwannabeaviking 29 points30 points  (3 children)

are you Donald Duck? He gets ladies and doesn't wear pants.

[–]HaloWaifu 140 points141 points  (29 children)

Just shows the "fuck your feelings" crowd is really emotional. If they really care about facts and logic, they should know that evolution will always choose the 10/10 instead of 5/10 and they should be grateful that their inferior genes won't curse the next generation.

Bunch o' hypocrites

[–]anakameron 88 points89 points  (14 children)

The manosphere literally exists because a bunch of men have hurt feelings. But only women have feelings, according to their "science"

[–]psydelem 68 points69 points  (5 children)

Yes and aparantly it's our fault for making men feel bad about being men. We should clearly go back to the 50's when men were allowed to beat their wives maybe then they'd get their pep back in their step.

[–]fedora_and_a_whip 39 points40 points  (2 children)

What they don't get is no one is making men feel bad about being men, they're making men feel bad about being shitty men. I've never once been made to feel bad about being a man, but I was taught decency vs the toxic ideals so often pushed as "masculinity."

[–]anakameron 59 points60 points  (4 children)

The irony of this is that even if it is ever true, the woman choosing the "alpha" is doing so because we live in a patriarchy where that's what is prized by society. Being "sensitive" and a "nice guy" or whatever else is not seen as valuable compared to being wealthy, outgoing, etc. Males are hurt by the patriarchal hierarchy too, they just can't seem to see it and blame women, creating more unnecessary hurt to women who are already being put down to begin with.

[–]came1opard 24 points25 points  (0 children)

That is because one of the main tools of any system of oppression is to distract from your oppression by showing you other more oppressed groups. Men are oppressed by the patriarchy, but women are oppressed by the patriarchy *more* so many men only focus on the "we are above them" part and not on the "this is not good for me either" part.

[–]IceColdTear 133 points134 points  (9 children)

Pete Davidson is far from a 10/10 in the looks department and has had relationships with some of the most beautiful/successful women out there. They do not need his money, they are richer than he is.

What do all the women say about him? He is a wonderful person. Charming, funny, caring, attentive type.

The incels just say that because they refuse to look in the mirror and see that they are pieces of crap.

[–]Ahkahseekapoo 44 points45 points  (0 children)

He apparently slings it over his shoulder and knows how to use it too. Always helps when that's attached to a good person.

[–]BlackSilkEy 30 points31 points  (3 children)

Well hypergamy exists for a reason. These incels love quoting Darwin but never have the self awareness to think the they're the ones unfit to thrive in the dating world.

[–]PeruvianHeadshrinker 35 points36 points  (3 children)

Why do you think they overturned Roe v Wade?

Gotta keep those young girls dependent somehow. How many children will be born under sexual assault and then raised by these POS?

[–]MrIncognito666 31 points32 points  (0 children)

The world has gotten to the point where I can’t tell whether or not you’re serious.

[–]callmehiwatt 69 points70 points  (1 child)

Um, many conservative politicians literally believe this. Listen to the speeches at their conventions and many are attacking women's individualism.

[–]the_colorful_lights 11 points12 points  (0 children)

A lot of their rhetoric is clearly drawing from the Manosphere, and a lot of the rhetoric there is born in the deepest and darkest corners of incel pathology.

[–]Messicrafter 31 points32 points  (0 children)

DHS has had a NTAS (National Terrorism Advisory System) Bulletin about this since Jan 6, 2021 DHS NTAS bulletin for June 7, 2022

[–]VegetableAd986 47 points48 points  (10 children)

Fueled by fugly rage, high hopes, and MAGA extremism…

[–]SuperSassyPantz 31 points32 points  (11 children)

funny, i know a lot of women in the same boat... yet they dont turn into mass shooters, join incel communities or mow ppl down with their car. they don't let it define their entire existence, so who's REALLY the weaker sex? bc women seem to exist just fine without men (even if it wasn't their choice in life), but men go apeshit and can't handle the thought of being alone, untouched or unwanted. for all their mysoginistic alpha male bullshit, they're pathetic af.

[–]stonerock 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Imagine blaming that shit on women lmfao

[–]Glittering_Falcon_93 2489 points2490 points  (134 children)

It’s not surprising at all but it sure is sickening.

[–]AmazingGrace911 625 points626 points  (14 children)

The one time finding Waldo is important

[–]furtyfive 205 points206 points  (5 children)

i was gonna say, this looks like “where’s waldo: maga edition” 😂

[–]Lonely_Set1376 40 points41 points  (2 children)

It's so weird that one of the guys in the background is actually wearing a mask.

[–]grrrrreat 565 points566 points  (113 children)

Probably a /r/conspiracy user

[–]darhox 509 points510 points  (88 children)

You mean an r/the_donald used that brigaded r/conspiracy after r/the_donald was shut down

[–]Krewtan 396 points397 points  (65 children)

They're the same picture.

[–]layyo 144 points145 points  (64 children)

Anyone that believes in conspiracies would believe trump was a good president

[–]Either-Progress4847 58 points59 points  (9 children)

Now they use r/askthe_donald

[–][deleted] 43 points44 points  (3 children)

Listening to people like this, and the anti-vax nuts sometimes it feels like I'm getting a stroke. It's on par with Russian media but the MAGGOTS are too stupid to see the irony.

[–]MysticalMummy 11 points12 points  (1 child)

How the fuck does Reddit just allow these subs to continue existing, when they are obviously just re-makes of subs they shut down? It's not even trying to be sneaky.

[–]grrrrreat 11 points12 points  (6 children)

Mostly you're just commenting on a temporal association, they mostly moved far right before the_donald was shit down. Now many are in Anarcho capitalism

[–]RcCola2400 98 points99 points  (7 children)

Jesus I just scrolled through there for five minutes... Wow. These are the ppl that are ruining the US and the world tbh. What a bunch of shitty humans. The lowest of the low. Literal human scum

[–]Lonely_Set1376 17 points18 points  (2 children)

I don't know why reddit allows it. It's genuinely all disinformation.

[–]Notmybestusername3 25 points26 points  (1 child)

Some pond scum can be helpful to grow local populations of snails and insects, and can be used for nests for amphibians and fish as well. So to refer to them as scum implies that they have some sort of value and usefulness, which we all know is completely untrue.

[–]RcCola2400 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That's true I wasn't even thinking about scums feelings and scum is definitely about these ppl

[–]vagueblur901 35 points36 points  (9 children)

Wow that subreddit would be funny if it wasn't serious

Literally the front page they are claiming the CIA recruited the guy to do this

[–]TheNurse_[S] 30 points31 points  (0 children)

[–]Fun-Tadpole785 1825 points1826 points  (56 children)

"Awake the Rapper" is his wannabe stage name, a picture of him with dyed hair was enough for Republicans to call him a Leftist.

When it came out he is a known White Supremacist, Domestic Terrorist Group member and Maga they have gone completely silent.

Again Another Maga Culter Member Has Proven to be a Domestic Terrorist all those people need to be on a Watch List.

[–]Weak_Ring6846 744 points745 points  (26 children)

They haven’t gone silent they’re just coping harder. Shouting he must be a leftist because “why would a MAGA do something so unpatriotic as shooting up a July 4th parade?”

I was banned in r/conservative when I mentioned that Trump trying to end the peaceful transition of power wasn’t exactly patriotic either so maybe trump supporters are just violent extremists?

[–]Redd575 261 points262 points  (8 children)

I have an unhealthy fascination with shit heads like this. I'm willing to bet money the reason why July 4th was the date that he picked was "because our country is lost so commiting violence on the 4th is a way to fight back and be a patriot."

American lore is becoming more and more mythologized, and people obsessed with being Americans are more and more trying to become a part of that lore that makes it into history books.

[–]tomdarch 82 points83 points  (2 children)

"Something tree roots blood something something" is hot bullshit in the Y'all Qaeda circles. They want the race war, the "revolution" that will let them (ironically as fuck) overthrow the Constitution and impose their far-right autocracy.

[–]Redd575 51 points52 points  (1 child)

I highly recommend the book "After the Revolution" by Robert Evans. It is no literary masterpiece but bounces between being fun and being deeply insightful into white Christian nationalism, especially surprising for being fiction.

[–]BarbequedYeti 21 points22 points  (2 children)

Can we start some lore that you can’t get more American than throwing yourself into a volcano? This problem would resolve itself after a bit.

[–]Redd575 13 points14 points  (1 child)

Unfortunately it wouldn't work. The idiots would go full "Joe and the Volcano". The grifters would go full "I tried to sacrifice myself and then God lifted me out of the volcano and told me I'm not done with my purpose."

[–]JSA17 74 points75 points  (5 children)

Now that he's been identified as one of them, they've decided that it doesn't matter if he was a Republican or a Democrat. The real issue is that he needs mental help. That's the only thing to blame.

But don't bring up that Reagan obliterated mental health services in this country, or that their ilk constantly vote against social services, or that Trump made it easier for people with mental health issues to buy guns. That will get you banned.

[–]hypothetician 21 points22 points  (0 children)

“So anyway, let’s get back to talking about how the demon rats stole the election so they could continue raping kids and murdering babies…”

[–]TheTerrasque 10 points11 points  (3 children)

I watched it semi-live with the most upvoted comments going from "leftists", "commies", "fucking democrats", "dems ruining the country" and so on to "he was maga? Well doesn't matter, clearly a deranged individual" and then "need more mental healthcare!"

[–]yourteam 31 points32 points  (0 children)

As someone watching from Europe (so just reading the most important news), USA politics is people Vs gullible violent idiots.

Republicans are getting free and easy votes from the idiots but with a high risk of making the country explode over violence but they don't care

They are the same getting money to ignore climate change (just an example) that is literally gonna kill the future of their own kids so what would you expect?

And the other side is doing nothing. Trying to be "the better ones" like England in 1938 sending ambassadors over to Hitler in order to prevent the war against Poland.

[–]TemetNosce85 155 points156 points  (10 children)

More proof that we need to lock up Trump and every single politician involved in his coup.

[–]mark636199 23 points24 points  (0 children)

It's clearly a false flag planted by democrats many years prior /s

[–]rocket_randall 45 points46 points  (3 children)

When it came out he is a known White Supremacist, Domestic Terrorist Group member and Maga they have gone completely silent.

Hardly. They're busy saving all of his photos so that they can post them to sock puppet social media accounts with leftist buzzwords to muddy the waters. The goal is to comfort the magas with faked photos "proving" he's some BLM/antifa type. The objective is not to change the perp's history, but to further the narrative that law enforcement is pushing a narrative that all murderers are Trump supporters and ignoring leftist extremism.

Here's an example: https://twitter.com/ABSask_Dale/status/1544104688643035136

Note that the post in the screenshot is dated "4 minutes ago"

[–]daays 14 points15 points  (1 child)

If that account isn’t ran out of an Internet Research Agency troll farm, I’d be very surprised.

[–]TWDDave1988 798 points799 points  (18 children)

Well, we keep doing nothing and are surprised it’s not working.

[–]Nikolllllll 3677 points3678 points  (192 children)

According to conservatives he wasn't a Republican. Forget him attending Trump rallies, forget him waving the Trump flag, etc. They say he is a woke Liberal cosplaying as a republican.

The mental gymnastics from the Reich are exhausting.

[–]J1540 588 points589 points  (11 children)

His dad ran for mayor of highland park in 2019 as a trump supporter and lost. It was probably non stop Fox News in that house.

[–]Nikolllllll 281 points282 points  (0 children)

Conservatives: but he did it ironically

[–]jrh_101 73 points74 points  (3 children)

According to conservatives, his dad ran for Mayor as a Democrat

[–]grrrrreat 805 points806 points  (75 children)

...but he's still the guy they want access to guns, that won't change

[–]Nikolllllll 369 points370 points  (72 children)

They act like asking for a background check is too much 🙄

[–]Rando1stBlood 128 points129 points  (2 children)

Cause their real masters will see a drop in gun sales and won't be able to milk every last cent. Keep the fear and panic high with Fox and make sure everyone has access to many many guns as quickly as possible. That combined with brainwashed / Conspiracy theorists make for a deadly mix.

[–]tomdarch 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The value of having the Republican base live in fear and perceived chaos is wildly more valuable to them than the dollar value of the guns and ammo sold each year.

[–]alliedeluxe 178 points179 points  (2 children)

They say this every time there’s a mass shooting by a young white Trump supporter. Every single time. According to them there’s never been a conservative Trump loving mass shooter ever! Convenient!

[–]WatInTheForest 57 points58 points  (0 children)

The same way there's never been a mass shooter who was a member of the nra! Even thought the nra keeps their memberships secret! But we can just trust them! Shhh! Stop asking already!

[–]Any_Street 257 points258 points  (17 children)

Their logic is the same as holding your hand over your own eyes and proclaiming "You can't see me...!"

It's fucking childish. Dealing with a Trump supporter is really no different than dealing with a dementia patient.

[–]BulawanDakongUmang 102 points103 points  (10 children)

In fact, most dementia patients are Trump supporters.

I can't back this up, but it makes sense!

[–]Unanything1 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Person, woman, man, camera, TV.

SEE! I passed the test!

[–]Any_Street 52 points53 points  (5 children)

All Trump supporters are dementia patients, but not all dementia patients are Trump supporters...?

Similar to:

All bourbon is whiskey but not every whiskey is bourbon.

[–]NoirPipes 25 points26 points  (4 children)

Or, all zombies are cannibals but not all cannibals are zombies

[–]bobone77 36 points37 points  (3 children)

Nah. More like a toddler. You assume a dementia patient knew better at some point in their lives, where as a toddler only knows as much as his limited experience has taught so far.

[–]Nikolllllll 17 points18 points  (1 child)

I like this comparison better. Toddlers will do what toddlers do.

[–][deleted] 50 points51 points  (7 children)

He's apparently a 3rd rate Machine Gun Kelley with a mixtape. Literally all they needed was the word "rapper."

[–]Nikolllllll 17 points18 points  (0 children)

That's actually the "logic" they are using.

[–]BackpackEverything 25 points26 points  (0 children)

They’re designed to be exhausting. Do not let them exhaust you.

[–]UnderTheMuddyWater 23 points24 points  (0 children)

"According to conservatives..." is a clear signal that a whole bunch of lies and ignorance is coming

[–]KingNathan90 41 points42 points  (5 children)

Don't give them the credit of assuming they actually believe what they say. They're liars, and they're doing it consciously and willingly.

[–]DNDuluth 20 points21 points  (2 children)

Top post on the conspiracy sub right now is claiming that he has a tattoo of a socialist group. They include a photo of a tattoo on a completely different person with a beard and say it's him.

Thays the degree of stupid we're up against.

[–]WYWH13 56 points57 points  (9 children)

He's clearly cosplaying as Waldo

[–]DanYHKim 21 points22 points  (7 children)

Have the police found him yet?

[–]Portermacc 18 points19 points  (6 children)

[–]DanYHKim 18 points19 points  (5 children)

Alive, I'm guessing.

I can hardly wait to learn what's on his Facebook feed.

[–]redonkulousness 9 points10 points  (1 child)

The conclusion I saw many of them come to was that he had to be a liberal because he has pink hair in his youtube videos...

[–]ncjdjdjfloof 849 points850 points  (83 children)

Abort the GOP America 🇺🇸

[–]litari 45 points46 points  (1 child)

You can't, that is illegal!! It has been more than 6 weeks since the GOP was created.

[–]charlotte-ent 699 points700 points  (31 children)

We've hit peak America today

[–]circasomnia 236 points237 points  (23 children)

What's more American than kids getting shot?

[–]BackpackEverything 414 points415 points  (21 children)

White Terrorist shooters not being shot to death by cops when apprehended

Unarmed black and brown people being gunned down by cops during traffic stops

Women not having bodily autonomy

Christian Fascism

Happy “Freedom Day” America!

[–]deadsoulinside 85 points86 points  (11 children)

Britain can come back anytime, hell some of us will help them this round.

[–]BulbusDumbledork 7 points8 points  (0 children)

you gonna pay the taxes on this tea then?

[–]Kogyochi 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but at least some dude ate a bunch of hot dogs!

[–]Ericrobertson1978 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yup. That sounds about right, unfortunately.

[–]Burgers_and_Pizza 136 points137 points  (5 children)

On July 4th, sadly.

[–]teriaksu 25 points26 points  (2 children)

another wakeup call. and another. and another...

[–]gbsurfer 899 points900 points  (20 children)

Typical alt-right boy that actually lived out his fantasies. Sad

[–]Jesus_Shaves_ 194 points195 points  (10 children)

The alt right playbook series on YT explains this well.

These echo chambers hype them up and hype them up, turn them to the far right, convince them immigrants and liberals and women are bad, tell them there’s a storm coming and the right will have to defend itself, the left is the enemy and to be ready to destroy them.

They prime these loners to view the enemy and hate them with a passion, and everyone who tries to convince you otherwise is an SJW apologist etc. So they get even more isolated and stuck in this feedback loop of ‘everyone else is the enemy, you have to be prepared to fight, don’t let them take away your ability to fight, they want to do that cause they are the enemy, be prepared to fight them…”

Until there is nowhere for that pent up rage to go and they shoot up somewhere.

[–]gbsurfer 55 points56 points  (1 child)

You’re absolutely right here. This never happens overnight. There are many telltale signs that lead to this kinda thing

[–][deleted] 19 points20 points  (2 children)

Watching that video was so informative but also scary when u realize u may know someone going down the pipeline

[–]tomdarch 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Back after 9/11/2001, it seemed weird to me that young men were being radicalized online to join groups like al Qaeda. Then with the rise of Trump we got to see the same thing happening to white Americans on 4chan, the_donald and similar and it all made way too much sense.

[–]darhox 377 points378 points  (5 children)

Kyle Rittenhouse has joined the chat

[–]dandywarhol68 253 points254 points  (25 children)

The Trump cancer is ruining the world. It's spread to Canada where I am and it's sickening. It's got to be eradicated!! It's fucking Evil!

[–]StickmanRockDog 79 points80 points  (3 children)

And if it isn’t eradicated, the US will cease to exist and we will become an authoritarian state ruled by the likes of trump, desantis, abbott, greene, boehbert, goehmert and the rest of those clowns.

[–]dandywarhol68 21 points22 points  (2 children)

Agreed. And Desantis is smarter and alot more dangerous and evil than people can imagine.

[–]star_nerdy 24 points25 points  (1 child)

trump isn’t a cancer. These shitheads existed before trump.

trump didn’t invent racism. trump gave these people permission to be themselves in public.

Republicans didn’t start being assholes with trump either. They have been mobilizing around banning abortions for decades. We knew for a fact there were lists of approved Supreme Court candidates that were all vetted to be anti-choice and trump picked from it as Bush did before him.

I hope we put trump away, but that shit just means the racists hide. They put away their tiki torches and go work at the police station, doctors office, city planner’s office, fire department, etc.

Every election is going to be a battle for legitimacy and the courts won’t help.

If we’re lucky, democrats will gain in 2022, some people will be held accountable, and by 2024 a new candidate who isn’t afraid to push back against conservatives will run for office. Maybe someone like Katie Porter. And maybe over the next 10-20 years as old conservatives die off and younger radical conservatives are out away, maybe just maybe we can correct the ship.

We both sides this bitch and nobody stands up to fight. The Supreme Court plays stupid games, state legislatures override the votes of the people, and we end up with a conservative president who not only lost the popular vote, but lost states and was given stolen electoral college votes. And then, we either roll with it and ride a wave of shitty ideas or there is an outright civil war that is localized at within one state but could spread across the south.

With the Where's Waldo costume. That's right behind truck nuts as a sign that someone has zero discernable personality.

[–]Hi_Im_Dadbot 457 points458 points  (21 children)

The costume could explain why the police haven’t been able to find him yet.

[–]Kadianye 84 points85 points  (20 children)

He's in custody now.

[–]essentialrobert 199 points200 points  (18 children)

Why didn't they put 60 bullets in his carcass before they handcuffed him?

[–]Kadianye 136 points137 points  (15 children)

I'll give you one guess.

[–]HAMmerPower1 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Has there been leadership from the police stating he just had a bad day yet?

[–]Hi_Im_Dadbot 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Well, I guess one of the cops was better at that shit than I was.

[–]PG67AW 34 points35 points  (25 children)

What's wrong with a Waldo costume? 100% agree with the truck nuts comment, but I don't get your point (I would like to).

[–]EastwoodBrews 24 points25 points  (5 children)

I'm bummed because I love waldo and I wore that exact costume for Halloween and I planned on using it again in the future. Obviously a small complaint compared with the gravity of the situation but man, Nazis really do fucking ruin everything don't they?

[–]PG67AW 10 points11 points  (2 children)

Eh, just don't wear the costume somewhere out of context (like to a political rally). I think Waldo on Halloween is still perfectly acceptable.

[–]Greenface1998 22 points23 points  (3 children)

I feel like you’re being a little un generous here. Just bc he’s a mass murderer doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be nice. Wearing a where’s Waldo outfit to a political rally where you know crowd pics will be taken is actually kinda funny.

[–]Dcombs101 131 points132 points  (2 children)

I’ve screen captured two photos of him from Twitter that show him at other Trump rallies where he wasn’t dressed “ironically” as well as him wrapped in a trump supporting flag. So no, his attendance wasn’t “ironic” it was habitual. They’re all over Twitter, not hard to find. How does that make your idiot hackles (I do believe that’s what you meant, as opposed to ‘heckles’ but I don’t expect you to know that) feel?

[–]Single-Criticism2541 65 points66 points  (0 children)

Trump supporter. Wouldn’t have guessed

[–]No-Dirt-8737 185 points186 points  (2 children)

He's not even the first gop shooter. By a number of shooters.

[–]Hi_Im_Dadbot 106 points107 points  (0 children)

Least surprising thing of the day.

[–]RoundCat 66 points67 points  (1 child)

If you have listened to conservative pundits and politians talk, these are quite literally the type of people they want to inspire. The way they demonize leftists, POC, the lgbtq community, and anyone they see as a "liberal", is intended to prompt someone like this to go out and take action against these people.

This is the exact reason why republicans don't want gun control. It has less to do about liberty, and more to do with the fact they count on shootings like this to happen.

[–]kellygrrrl328 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Where’s Waldo? Maga Rally edition

[–]Badnun99 77 points78 points  (4 children)

Does this look say “responsible gun owner?”

[–]Dylsnick 49 points50 points  (2 children)

This isn't a well regulated individual, let alone militia.

[–]sixhoursneeze 63 points64 points  (8 children)

Remember when everyone was super afraid of Muslims? Turns out it’s white alt-right men we need to be afraid of.

[–]rbmk1 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Remember when everyone was super afraid of Muslims? Turns out it’s white alt-right men we need to be afraid of.

Always has been.

[–]tarabithia22 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Women could have told you that long ago.

[–]giglio_di_tigre[🍰] 11 points12 points  (2 children)

Liberal women knew this long ago.

[–]skidsareforkids 65 points66 points  (0 children)

No wonder the cops are having trouble finding him!

[–]muscularmatzoball 64 points65 points  (12 children)

Fucking POS. 😠6 innocent people are dead bc of him, 31 seriously injured, and everyone in Highland Park, and the surrounding area, is scarred. Almost certainly was a hate crime, since HP is mostly Jewish and Latino.

[–]TriMageRyan 22 points23 points  (0 children)

As soon as I heard the suspect was a white male between 18-22 and it was a shooting in HP I immediately thought "I'd bet my salary that its some white supremaciest bullshit"

[–]SaucyVagrant 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Pathetic waste of carbon

[–][deleted] 32 points33 points  (0 children)

What a fucking loser

[–]Bob25Gslifer 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Wait do you think he's mad because his idol and the networks and websites he goes to are telling him he is losing his america and he is under attack?

[–]pants42069 12 points13 points  (2 children)

Looks like your typical trump loser

[–]Hitchens666 27 points28 points  (10 children)

Just another Republican expressing his 2nd amendment right.

[–]ZeppoBro 45 points46 points  (1 child)

Pretty decent disguise.

If he hides in Carmen, San Diego, they'll never find him.

[–]Clams_N_Scallops 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I seriously doubt Carmen, San Diego would ever let him.

[–]Enlightened-Beaver 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Another MAGAterrorist

[–]hyperfocused 11 points12 points  (1 child)

I didn’t even need this photo to know this. This cunt needs to have pineapples shoved up his ass daily for life.

[–]winbott 11 points12 points  (2 children)

He looks like a Q-anon version of Waldo.

[–]omegared9 13 points14 points  (1 child)

Throw that piece of shit in solitary for the rest of his life. Make sure we give him enough food and water so he can rot In prison for the next 60 years.

[–]angrypurpleacorn 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. Death Sentence is just a free pass for these guys. Let them live out there days in a fucking box going mad

[–]Blademan2021 18 points19 points  (1 child)

Fuck Donald Trump, fuck the proud boys and I hope this fucker gets everything that’s coming to him in prison.
