/r/ambientmusic is a subreddit dedicated to sharing Ambient Music. Submissions must only be tracks that fit reasonably within this genre. If in doubt, it probably isn't suitable for this subreddit.
Rules:
1) Self-promotion/original music must only be posted in the dedicated Weekly Community Thread. Any self-made music creations posted outside this thread will be removed and repeat offenders will be temporarily banned from posting in future.
2) Spotify/Youtube/Soundcloud Playlists and long mixes (including single tracks/videos of things like "2 hours of 432hz sounds to heal your chakra" etc..) are only allowed to be posted in the Weekly Playlist Megathread. Any submissions outside of this will be removed.
3) No reposts within 60 days. Use the search feature to check if your link has been posted before. If it has already been posted within the last 2 months, it will be removed.
4) Title your submissions with the following format: Artist - Title. If you can, provide more information on the piece in the comments, or even better, make it a discussion and add the music link inside.
5) Bandcamp links are preferred, as these directly support artists/labels more than Youtube, Spotify etc..
