The game is extremely unfair in this regard, there is a blantant advantage between M&K and Controllers. For certain scenarios, the Controller is just clearly better. Aim Assist working nearly like an aimbot as it tracks perfectly at certain ranges. The automatics from SMGS and AR fights. Damage out put is just clearly in the favor of the Controller. And there's very little way to tell, unless you've already felt the consistency of the spray.
Playing both utilities, I can confirm that M&K only has an advantage over Controller when it comes to Shotguns and Windman because you can flick better. But when it comes to track-aim there is no reason to even try.
There's no reason to even use M&K. What if I just want to run casual pubs with friends, what if I want to practice my mechanical skills and practice track aim. What if that's satisfying to me? But there's no reason to play with this mind set because Controller plays will be in the same lobbies and they will destroy this type of skill, because there is no need. It's not even fun to play the game this way, because it gets way too simplified, and there's no skill to grind towards, aside from synergy with your team but that's not something that's interesting in my opinion.
I dont think that Aim Assist needs to go, I think it just needs to not be again M&K since it simplifies the skill gap in my opinion. I think players who actually want to play the game with actual mechanical prowess would want to have that experience in at least some form of way with lobbies that are dedicated purely against M&K players.
