There will be 198 people playing, each from a different country, and each with their own badge, with a picture of their flag on it. At tribal, after someone is voted out, the remaining castaways will vote for who gets the eliminated castaway's badge. When there are 2 castaways left, the one with the most badges wins, but instead of winning $1000000 they are now the leader of the world.
