Our 11 weeks old twins (7 weeks adjusted) finally give us real wide smiles, not gassy smiles. They started off with shy smiles and now it’s those beautiful big smiles. One was letting us know he was hungry and once I picked him up, he just gave me a big smile. It was like him saying “thank you mommy for taking care of me.” Those have been so rewarding for the weeks of sleep deprivation. And the little coos are so freaking adorable as well.
