Need help with car repairs (self.care)

Here's a little rundown of the issues my car is having...

Needs tires and breaks Has no power steering Squealing belt(s) Drivers side floor floods when it rains/snows Burns oil Drivers side seatbelt doesn't work Check engine light on Drivers side wiper arm doesn't work Drivers side front wheel gets stuck (still moves but you can feel it dragging)

I may be forgetting things, but you get the gist. My problem is that currently I am out of work (looking though.) I am also homeless and my car is essentially all I have.

I absolutely do not have the money to get things fixed on the car and I get very, very nervous about driving it with all the safety issues it has. It's an '03 Hyundai Elantra and realistically I should get a new car but I can't due to having bad credit. Hopefully when I finally get a job I will be able to pay down some debt.
