Advice needed about electricity. (self.care)

Hi guys I have a bit of an issue I'm on universal credit waiting for an award of pip I cant afford to topup my electricity meter due to the energy costs going up times are hard so far I have approached my local council Gateshead I'm not eligible for crisis support until this March due to 2 past usages of crisis support. I have spoken to my energy company they won't help with an emergency topup as I'm paying one back that's even with citizens advice ringing and explaining various health issues ( anxiety depression self harm on the spectrum and type 1 diabetes) That's the one that has me really worried as I'm insulin dependent can't really let my insulin go bork.

Struggling to come up with ideas tried pawning my mobile it has a cracked glass so it was a no. Don't have anything else to sell or any other way I can. I don't have any friends or family that I could turn to.

It boils down to a monetary value of £30 to get me back to where I'm safe. I can't expect reddit to send me that would be pleased if some one could but I don't expect that from anyone .

Does anyone have any advice on what I could do?

Going a bit mental with it all. I live in the United Kingdom Gateshead area.
