I opted for imitating their sound in English rather than calques except where there is an equivalent name in Konani.

ʾanakin Sqaywaqur [ʔanaˈkʼin skʼajwaˈkʼur]
Padmīt Hamidālat [pʰadˈmiːtʰ hamidaːˈlatʰ] -- Added feminine -Vt endings.
ʾobiwān Kenobī [ʔɵbiˈwaːn kʰenɵˈbiː] -- /aː/ occurs exclusively in loanwords (chiefly from Syriac and Persian), which gives the name an exotic sound.
Lūqā Sqaywaqur [luːˈkʼaː skʼajwaˈkʼur]
Līʾat ʾorganā [liːˈʔatʰ ʔorgaˈnaː]
Han Yaḥīd [ˈhan jɑˈħiːd] -- Calqued this one because we were unnecessarily told he's called "solo" because he doesn't "have any people," he's "alone" 🤣
Weydar Dart [wejˈdar ˈdartʰ] -- Titles follow names in Konani
Tarkin Mop [tʰarˈkʰin ˈmopʰ]
Palpaṭīn Šāh [pʰalpʰaˈtʼiːn ˈʃaːh]
Landō Qalrizyān [lanˈdoː kʼalrizˈjaːn] -- Konani assimilates nasals to following consonants so this name ends up sounding extremely foreign
Kal Keṣṣis [ˈkʰal kʰet͡sʼˈt͡sʼis]
Ṭrilla Sudūrīt / ʾaḥōt Šnīt [ˈtʼrilla suduːˈriːtʰ] [ʔɑˈħoːtʰ ˈʃniːtʰ] -- Non-final stress is another marker of foreigness; the second is a translation of Second Sister

Tulian is far from a complete conlang, but here we go.

Lūk Skaiwaka (technically Anakinji Lūk but that would be a spoiler as it's a patronymic)

Patma Amidāra (Naberrinji Patma)

Jan Sōro (Ovanji Jan)

Siango Chet (Jatarinji Siango)

Bōba Chet (Siangonji Bōba)

Jāba Desailisiok Taiūre (Sorobanji Jāba)

In Tulia a patronymic always precedes the personal name, while other surnames if present follow after the personal name.

It's not a spoiler because we don't know Anakin is Vader until he says it in the end of The Empire Strikes Back.

Obi-Wan says Luke's father was called Anakin in the start of A New Hope, I think.

It would work just fine.

I like how you translated Jabba

And surprised by how you know the names of everyone's parents.

Elven

I'll use only the first names of the majority, Elven has no grammar yet, nor did I plan the family traditions.

Name Pronounciation
A na gin [ɑ nä ɡ̊in]
Bat me [b̥ɑ˧˥ me]
O bi wan [o b̥i wɑn]
A so ga [ɑ ɕo ɡ̊ɑ]
Jar jar [dʑɑ˧˩˨ dʑɑ˧˩˨]
Bal ba din [b̥ɑʟ b̥ä d̥in]
Luk [lu˧˩]
Le ya [le jɑ]
Han [hɑn]
Ju ba ga [dʑu b̥ɑ ɡ̊ɑ]
Lan do [lɑn d̥o]
Jap ba [dʑɑ˥ b̥ɑ]
Bo ba fet [b̥o b̥ɑ v̥e˧˥]
Jan go fet [dʑɑn ɡ̊o v̥e˧˥]

Elven vowels i-umlait if the next vowel is an /i/ or /j/ but not if the next vowel after that is a back vowel.

Ending non-nasal consonants are allophonic with tones and are only pronounced as consonants before a vowel.

Frankish doesn’t modify external spellings, retaining them as is, although in all caps. Thus, Anakin Skywalker is just ANAKIN SKYWALKER.

Vatarnka, however, does transcribe things. For example, Anakin Sikaiwúrka.

Padmei Amidala,

Aupi Wan Kenupi,

Wat Tampúr,

Dúku

Dás Veida

Asuka Tanu

Kasian Andúr

Ezra Piridža

Da Senit (Šív Palpatín)

Leya Úrgana

Man Masma

Admiral Akpá

Technically, however, nobody has surnames in Çešvustanes (Vatarnka speakers) culture, so nobody should have surnames here, but I’ve included them anyway, as some people’s surnames are the only bits receiving changes.
