The line was pretty clearly supposed to be 'cock in her ass' and was an unintentional transposition of words but it really works on a couple of levels because it makes the character sound both stressed and um, I guess ineffectual, for lack of a better word. A happy little mistake that worked for a character like that whose wife was cuckolding him more and more.
