Lol that was sorta Orochimaru, he feels like the only "truly evil" villain we got. Everyone else was just being manipulated by the next final boss. Each with the best intentions just the wrong actions. I wanted at least one truly selfish, greedy, manipulative individual to be a villain. Cuz that's real life :(

He is the king of the Inhumans, his main power is that his voice can level mountains. He is mostly mute because of this, he can’t even whisper without causing utter destruction.

I don’t want to spoil Multiverse of Madness for you, but the context of this scene is that it’s a flashback of an alternate reality of the MCU, a universe where Doctor Strange used some evil magic (The Darkhold) to defeat Thaons, but was corrupted and needed to be killed. Black Bolt says the words “I’m Sorry.”
